I'd like to bring in my experience, but it's not absolutey necessary to be in the HR-area. I love projects, to achieve something, to have a result, to help/support people, to organize events. I'm very interested in cross-departmental processes and how to improve them. I like it to be in motion, to be with people, to convince others of a good thing. It would be great to work time- and location-independent (partially), but with a great team.
