With over 12 years of experience in finance, I am a strategic finance leader and a trusted business partner at Novartis, a global leader in healthcare. I bring broad finance experience across commercial finance, planning and forecasting, reporting and accounting, project management and treasury. I have served as the Head of Commercial Finance for Europe at Novartis ($9bn sales) and led several finance workstreams in the spin-off of Sandoz (generics business) from Novartis. Over the years I have developed a solid understanding of healthcare markets across US, China and Europe, and across therapeutic areas. 

These experiences have given me the opportunity to build and lead high performing teams to drive impact and create value for stakeholders by identifying growth opportunities, driving operational excellence, and anticipating & mitigating risks. I hold an MBA in Finance (ISB) and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (IIT) from globally recognized institutes in India.
