I am passionate about empowering people to achieve their best, removing impediments, optimizing ways of working and bringing value to customers through impactful innovations.
For the last three years I have been engaged in leading various teams. This includes line management and Agile roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer. These experiences allowed me to hone my abilities in leading and coaching very diverse teams, communication, and project management.
With a research career of about ten years, I have gained a diverse set of technical skills, including good software development practices, modelling complex medical imaging systems, designing advanced algorithms, including those based on machine and deep learning.
