Founded my own research software consulting firm focused on implementation of image analysis pipelines in a research setting. Responsible for the ideation, prototyping, and implementation. • Developed an automated quality control system based on CT imaging for beekeepers to reduce the number of parasites in their bee colonies. • Built a pipeline for automated nerve fiber analysis in optical microscopy to optimize diagnostics.

Responsible for developing image processing algorithms focused on improving liver surgery, using deep learning. My main responsibilities included both prototyping and implementation of algorithm solutions. • Developed the foundational algorithms for image registration in software that is used during oncological surgery today. • Introduced machine learning models for data analysis.
