I learnt the basic routines and office relations during that time. I gained some skills about communication, solution orientations and basis of critical thinking methods. (Due to the periods of my high school, I caught several important particulars related to the fundamentals of business life in a limited time period and also worked there for my first insurance to be paid officially, at age of 16, in Turkey [Add.: The actual starting and ending dates are available on CV]).

I worked and have paricipated voluntarily into radio channel of our high school, which was a former member of PowerFM between the Academic Radios. I did and hosted there approximately one year perminant and respectable amount of radio programmes both with my team members and by myself at high school, until the pandemics came.

I have been preparing several series and programmes under the format of podcast nearly since 3 years. The episodes are about recent music, their genres, melodic backgrounds and criticising them, mostly. Different than this, I prepared social and routine life related series partially consist of philosophy and other art branches as well.

I have worked there as an interner both beside the HR assistants and the expert within learning different and a lot of skills in a limited time. Basically, I did archiving and reportings of reqruited people and other interners for the company and learnt more about effective communication with people almost from every hierarchy. Differently, I learnt the systems abour payroll and how to calculate it, several related financial systems from other departments which are related to Human Resources. Also, I observed the meeting and recruitment processes both phsically and online, and had experiments in hiring some interners with my supervisor. Moreover, I professionally reported some documents of several accounting processes and did translations for the providing official information on a few project details for the company's recent international project.
