Hi I'm Benj and I've been dreaming of being part of a startup for a long time. I have already observed a few startups and was overwhelmed by the work ethic and the atmosphere that prevails in such companies. The joy of creating something and helping, being respected and appreciated creates a collaboration that I rarely see elsewhere. I don't have any specific expertise, but I have seen and experienced a lot in the last 15 years of my professional life that has helped me to better understand team dynamics, collaboration and communication in companies. I have a good eye for workflow and optimization of processes as far as I can understand them. 
For your start-up project I can fully contribute and be a helping hand in many areas. From simple administrative tasks, small design projects and other small things that take the time of your trained staff, to customer visits, communication, scheduling, keeping appointments at offices or institutions or just fetching coffee, I'm not too shy for anything and bring zest and momentum to my tasks.
