Hi, I am a PhD Candidate in Economics at Università della Svizzera italiana (CH), currently visiting Stanford University. I am an applied economist, although I believe that good empirical work cannot be performed without a solid theoretical background. 

I am broadly interested in topics related to the economics of automation. My research interests brought me into the hearth of the Silicon Valley where I acquired extremely valuable practical experience about the leading tech industry, breakthrough technologies, VC, and startup development. I want to bring some of this experience back to Switzerland. I am open for any dynamic startup which is looking for an applied economist to take care of their data analysis and business development branch.
