About
EWOR Fellow Into Diagnostic Assistant
I'm a health data scientist and bioinformatician with experience in setting up genetic sequencing laboratories worldwide and a passion for precision medicine. I completed a PhD in Clinical Neurosciences at the University of Cambridge, investigating risk factors associated with stroke, and dementia using both population and patient data. I am currently enrolled in an EWOR Pre-Idea Start-up Fellowship as I embark on launching a health tech venture. Particularly, I would like to build a data-driven tool that optimises the diagnostic workflow of doctors and patients. Having already conducted some research to identify pain points in the healthcare community upon which to base my venture, I acknowledge that these pain points are still in need of refinement. This is where the joinup community would be especially beneficial. The chance to work with others who share my dedication to improving healthcare and enhancing patient care would match my goals perfectly.
