Got hired to conduct an in-depth analysis of Swiss Post Cargo’s strategically important transport management solution and delivered a comprehensive modernization roadmap with specific technology recommendations (App Service, Azure DevOps, ARM, Entra ID) to im-plement the company's ‘cloud-first, SaaS-first' vision. Following that, delivered strategic quick wins by replacing and decoupling several tightly integrated legacy services without impacting critical systems, successfully reducing architectural complexity and cost, and helping to clear the path for the division’s modernization roadmap. Architected and led the development of a new B2B portal for end-to-end order creation and shipment tracking built on Azure using a cloud-native architecture, delivering the first concrete implementation of the new architecture to serve as a blueprint for all future application modernization across the division. Most recently, extended the shipping portal with an AI-based document analysis pipeline that converts unstructured shipment documents into structured JSON for automated order creation, built using Microsoft Foundry and Agent Framework.

Architected and led the development of a new multi-channel print solution that is spearheading Trendcommerce’s digital transformation. Taught and introduced agile methodologies, software engineering best practices, and GitHub DevOps.

Designed and built qiio’s new IoT cloud service architecture – based on Microsoft Azure, completely serverless, and designed to integrate seamlessly with a variety of different IoT platforms. Used Azure DevOps for CI/CD, ARM for IaC, and custom PowerShell modules for automating management tasks. Collaborated closely with the CEO and the heads of device engineering, manufacturing, and sales on business strategy, process automation, feature design, and customer needs.
