I worked on scripts to generate constraints used for verification and validation of clock controller designs.

Image analysis and segmentation for Retinal Pigmented Epithelial images. I designed an algorithm to segment blood vessels and RPE cells and extract their characteristic features. I worked on neural networks to perform denoising and automatic detection of cells.
