With 20+ years of experience in organic chemistry and pharmaceutical R&D, including a Ph.D. from ETH Zurich, I bring a seasoned perspective and a mature approach to scientific leadership. My career has spanned interdisciplinary roles, from organic (radio-)synthesis at a top 10 pharma company to recent contributions in bio-catalysis, automation chemistry, and the completion of an eMBA.

Now, at a stage in my career where I can leverage both my extensive experience and my strategic, servant leadership approach, I am excited to contribute to open science environments.
