About
Hospitality Entrepreneurship
Young manager in the travel industry with an ultimate “can do” attitude, my ambition and interests have grown this year in contact with many professionals. I picture a future career in the startup ecosystem, supporting entrepreneurs in going forward with their idea, from ideation to fundraising and growth strategies. Specifically, I find talent acquisition strategies a key topic, and current challenge, for many startups (among other companies): how to strategically build a successful team with complementary profiles.
