Business development and qualification of service opportunities through initial contacts with customers including consultation in Switzerland and Germany; acquisition strategy, proposal preparation, contract negotiation and conclusion of deals, leading international proposal teams as well as coordinating customer workshops and presentations, often at senior management level and in English

Responsible for the strategy and portfolio of network, communication, data center and security solutions as well as the coordination and support of sales teams in nine Northern European countries; hub and interface between global and local teams for new standard offerings

Executive reporting, sales quota planning, operational efficiency, service excellence, coordination of key operational support functions in heterogeneous, continent-wide geography

Responsible for the distribution of communication solutions and sales in the tens of millions for existing and new customers in Switzerland; recruiting, coaching and management of up to ten employees; budgeting, forecasting and creating the business strategy; working in partnership with network and communication equipment providers such as Cisco, Juniper and Avaya
