I worked on a 6-degree-of-freedom tracking algorithm design with the Mixed-Reality/Spatial-Computing team. We applied machine learning and computer vision techniques to achieve real-time object tracking in space. Our algorithm improved the tracking quality by over 30% with a simultaneous over 20% of speed improvement.
