I build FINANCE OPERATIONS that work: P&L, cash flow, burn tracking, and scalable reporting that gives founders real-time visibility. 
Done repeatedly in deep tech, fintech, and SaaS start-ups, always as the person creating structure where none existed.
Right now I am implementing Claude AI agents for grant tracking, building liquidity reporting with off-shelf software, and developing Budget from scratch and Variance analyisis. Not theoretical, live deliverables. I take full ownership, move fast without losing accuracy, and translate financials into plain language founders can use.
