People are getting older and sicker and our health systems are nowhere close to being prepared for it. Clinicians are still dabbling with systems which feel like Windows 95 while they are expected to deliver care for the 21st century. It's time to change this! 

I started a digital therapeutics company in Zurich in 2017 which I merged with Munich-based Kaia Health. At Kaia I built and led product and commercial teams and helped the company scale from 10 to 250 people while raising 125m+ USD, operating in the EU and the US. I learned how to structure and manage high-performing teams, create and communicate vision and strategy, rapidly test hypothesis and execute cross-functional projects. 

Now it's time for a new adventure. My goal is to start a company which grows internationally and lasts for decades, building innovative products which truly solve user's need and contribute to solving some of societies biggest problems.
