About

I am a results-driven microbiologist with 8+ years of cross-functional experience in bioprocess development, molecular & cell biology, recombinant protein expression, and innovative vaccine development. I bring hands-on expertise in bioassay development, workflow automation, mammalian & bacterial cell culture (BSL1/2), protein expression, purification (chromatography, TFF), and nanoparticle analytics (DLS, TEM, Flow cytometry).

āœ… Industry & Research Experience
• Conducted an innovative recombinant vaccine development at FHNW School of Life Sciences in collaboration with LimmaTech Biologics AG.
• Conducted pioneer research on eukaryotic release factor 1 (eRF1) promoting frame shifting in Human cells at the University of Bern, leading to a publication in iScience.
• Ph.D. in Microbiology (University of Basel), with published work in Journal of Virology and Journal of Pathology.
