Looking for team members! 
We are a startup of twelve team members and five supporting therapists with 8 mentors. Our goal is to develop a new treatment for people with ADHD, Asperger's, stroke, traumatic brain injury, and/or cancer survivor who therefore suffer from the symptom of sensory hypersensitivity and are not are not integrated in society according to their needs. Does this affect you yourself, someone in your family or someone you care about? Then join our team to develop a new treatment option together! We are currently building the startup and raising funds. However, we will only be able to pay staff salaries after the market launch, which is expected to take place in 2025.


What do we need? 
- Brainstorming, ideas which we turn into products, reviewing ideas and documents. 
- Testing software and prototypes together and giving feedback if it is intuitive/understandable 
- Designer and Frontend Developer with experience in User Centered Design, Design Thinking, Human-Machine-Interaction 
- Web application programmer (backend, frontend and database) 
- Programmer IOS and Android App 
- Frontend Developer implementing the UI/UX input from the other team members 
- Marketing (newsletter, website copy, influencers) 
- Networking and publicity (trade shows, articles in magazines, requesting doctors and therapists) 
- Writing business documents and economic calculations

Wir sind ein Startup aus zwölf Teammitgliedern fünf unterstützenden Therapeuten und acht Mentoren. Unser Ziel ist es eine neue Behandlung für Menschen mit ADHS, Asperger, Schlaganfall und/oder Schädelhirntrauma zu 
entwickeln, welche deshalb unter dem Symptom der sensorischen Hypersensitivität leiden und 
dadurch nicht ihren Bedürfnissen entsprechend in der Gesellschaft integriert sind. Betrifft dich das 
selbst, jemanden aus deiner Familie oder jemanden der dir wichtig ist? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams, um gemeinsam eine neue Behandlungsmöglichkeit zu entwickeln! Aktuell sind wir am Aufbau des Startups und dem sammeln der finanziellen Mittel. Personallöhne können wir aber erst ab der Markteinführung voraussichtlich ab 2025 auszahlen wodurch das Projekt primär in der Freizeit und auf Motivation läuft.
