-Prepare accurate and complete purchase orders for supplies, materials and raw goods - Work closely with specific departments by placing orders, ensure that purchased are recorded at the time of request and submit these orders to receive approval from the department or from the purchasing manager/ buyer - Ensure all required data are accurate according to supplier’s feedback-data - Establish and maintain documents and records in appropriate files - Produce reports as directed by local buyers -Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Perform customer service and organization of inventory.

-In charge of the whole Sales Order process: from registration to follow up on the delivery status and products availability monitoring and check - Direct communication to customers for appointments booking arrangement for deliveries and collaboration with Accounts Receivable Team for credit management and payment terms - Follow up imports receival status and customers products allocation - Issue of credit/ debit notes - Management of customers master file - Products return registration - Reporting

-Entry of products’ Information and specifications that appear on online store page - Direct communication with suppliers to receive and update products information - Management of online store’s site tree map

Demand Planning, Product Management & Sales - Reporting to Sales and Marketing Team - Competitive Intelligence Report - Daily progress reporting to Sales team - Entry of product specifications on company’s site & on customer’s site
