- Conceived and created the business idea and business model of Apostrofo: a food and event company wishing to provide authentic, unique, organic and local farm-to-table Italian food products to Swiss-based consumers at their doorstep. - Personally managed the full set-up of the company from scratch, including but not limited to the following activities: legal set-up and compliance, branding, online and offline presence, budget and pricing, social media, logistics, suppliers identification, import of products, customs clearance. - Ideated and implemented a defined corporate strategy centred around organising and leveraging events to launch and boost the Apostrofo brand in Switzerland. - Created exclusive partnerships with Zurich-based start-ups, event organisers and retailers to facilitate the organisation of events and the sales of Apostrofo products. - Managed the relationship with suppliers on an ongoing basis and negotiated the related deals for the acquisition of food products.
