• Designed and directed an internal profitability model which allowed the category I was responsible for to recover and exceed the planned Q3 goal (+0,2% on a weekly basis). • Claimed ownership of a strategical project aiming to unlock Holdout brands and receive funding in exchange of visibility, more than €600k in 2021 • Managed the most important account of the category (Year’s sales: €40MM) and negotiated a discounted order of more than €200k.

• Led a team of 4 people to extend a key contract with one of the UK's leading passenger transportation companies (revenue 2.7B GBP) • Supervised the management of the company's key stakeholders consolidating relationships with major partners (AWS, Trenitalia, and National Express) • Mapped potential clients and launched successful pilot projects, which led to ongoing negotiations between the company and clients for profitable future deals.
