At Xpollens, an electronic money institution and growing Banking as a Service (BaaS) platform. To support this new activity, Xpollens had to launch quickly a B2B user interface enabling its partners to manage their customers, cards and transactions. A back-office interface also had to be built to support the operation teams. Working hands on with our UX / UI designer and the software engineers, I built these 2 interfaces, from the definition of the product roadmap in collaboration with the PM and our stakeholders (compliance, legal; Risk, operations…) to the launching. collect.online empowers businesses and unions to easily manage and monitor their SEPA Direct debit transactions (SDD). I accompanied the team of 6 developers through building this new product. Today, collect.online processes over 2 million transactions per year, for more than 4000 customers. We also drastically increased the recovery rate on unpaid transactions, from 30% to 99%.
