Enabled the Data Management tribe to build, test, deploy and release metadata content throughout the organization’s data lakes. Part of 2 squads: 80% Deployment and 20% Model Management and engaged in the following activities: • Captured metadata objects into deployable solutions by making use of the IBM IIS stack and building custom wrapper scripts mainly in Bash. • Achieved faster releases (3x) by designing and implementing a lightweight product version. • Performed remote/on-site deployment throughout the organization’s data lakes, through custom wrappers and later through Azure pipelines. • Provisioned and ran ops on cloud environments for the squads. • Increased the quality of products by defining test strategy, test cases, metrics and developed an automated solution for testing the deployed metadata. • Defined processes and presented them to stakeholders during business trips.
