Radio Access Network (RAN) scheduler optimization product Led a new product that was developed by an independent team. It included real-time high-capacity software for traffic management using advanced algorithms that generate quality datasets with an analytics layer and UI. The product adds an application-aware layer (Tik Tok, YouTube, etc) to the RAN scheduler, allowing better spectrum utilization by optimizing the data delivery sequence according to apps’ needs, enabling high QoE during congestion. - Built product requirements, customer communication and strategy. - Guided data scientists and performed hands-on data, algorithms, and environment simulation research. - Developed KPIs (concept, research, and coding) - System architecture - Solution design - Led UI and analytics programmers’ team. - Production deployment Congestion management product Led a Machine Learning based congestion management product. Worked closely with end customers, data science team, system architects and programmers, during the research, development, POC and integration phases, and assured successful deployment. Analytics platform Led the network analytics platform of Allot, responsible for building the migration strategy to a new data-pipeline architecture using up-to-date technologies to extract better value from Allot’s datasets, while supporting the current needs of the customer base.

Led Allot’s signaling protocols integration point (control-plane), which manages the subscriber, policy and charging data (Diameter, GTP-C, and other protocols). Responsible for keeping the product aligned with the market needs and standardization (3GPP) including 5G architecture, by adding new interfaces, enhancing integration flexibility, and supporting new scenarios. Worked closely with system architects and developers while designing PCC solutions for our customers.

Designed solutions for the more challenging deployments and defined product customizations according to the project needs across all Allot’s traffic management and charging products.

Deployed Allot’s solutions in large mobile and broadband operators, mainly in the Policy Control & Charging domain.
