I got to work with an ERP system and logistics and I was responsible for the whole supply chain from supplier to client serving at least 100 clients daily. My tasks involved ordering from various suppliers, storing products to warehouse, price calculation and labeling and finally distributing products.

My IT position focused mostly in managing hardware, software and network issues. I ensured that the staff in the office maintained hardware performance and network connectivity as well as software support. A few of my achievements are: • Microsoft Server Maintenance (Active Directory, SQL, Exchange) • Certification Issuance & Control: MySQL, PHP Assistant Developer and Support (a network based software package being used to produce the Certificates issued by the Organization in full compliance with IMO, EU and Flag States requirements. The software ensures the authenticity of the Certificates by the use of a practically unbreakable encryption algorithm) • MIS Technical Support System

I was the liaison between my company and various clients. My main task was recommending the best insurance cover for the money for my client in accordance with his needs.
