Six-months internship at Prometeon, spin off of Pirelli industrial, with 1.6 B€ in revenues and 8000 employees worldwide. I worked with the P&R Senior specialist and the Head of controlling in actual, forecast and budget closures, KPIs analysis and strategic analysis of competitors and markets, in collaboration with the marketing team, for the top management. I was able to work in an international environment, collaborating with Prometeon’s Hubs around the world, developing team working skills and learning advanced managerial software application, from Excel to the Oracle suite and SAP.

Summer internship in the administration team of ACBC, one of the best startups in Europe and the first italian shoe company to became B-Corp; I assisted the CFO and management team both in daily tasks, supporting the retail management and campaign creation, and advanced clients/profit analysis, giving valuable insights for structuring the company strategic plan. I also developed a dashboard to optimize and automate retail reports, reducing errors and improving efficiency. I had a key role in the participation of the company at multiple tenders, like the one promoted by Regione Lombardia about Circular Economy, winning the first price of 120.000€.

Six-month internship at Pininfarina, a publicly listed design company with 95 years of history, renowned for its iconic automotive, architecture and product designs. In direct contact with the CEO, I supported the Strategy & Corporate Development Manager in the definition and execution of the company’s strategic plan, working closely with external consultants and top-line managers. Key responsibility in structuring presentations for the Board of Directors and CEO’s events, conducting in-depth company and market analyses, and delivering clear, data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
