I am a growth-focused recruiter with a passion for driving exponential success in fastpaced and dynamic environments. 
With a proven track record in strategic recruitment, I specialize in identifying and seizing opportunities to strengthen and expand fast-growing organizations. With a diverse industry expertise spanning consulting, engineering, and technology, I have successfully recruited top-tier talent across multiple domains, including technology, engineering, IT, sales, finance, and legal. 
My experience as a talent acquisition manager at Climeworks AG involved leading end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating closely with hiring managers and executives to hire 109 Climeworkers, 14 of whom were on a temporary basis. I pride myself on shaping and driving the organization's talent strategy, resulting in a low turnover rate, with only three of my permanent hires leaving during my tenure.

My approach to talent acquisition encompasses candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment, ensuring that exceptional candidates are identified and engaged effectively.
Building robust relationships with external partners and implementing innovative recruitment tools are essential aspects of my work. By leveraging these tools, I have streamlined processes, resulting in an average time-to-offer of 42 days and an impressive acceptance rate of 92%. Furthermore, I am a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process.

In addition to my recruitment expertise, I have implemented various projects that have positively impacted talent acquisition practices. I co-created and implemented Competency Based Interviewing, designed a new referral process through an external
tool, and compiled a comprehensive Talent Acquisition Handbook to centralize relevant topics and processes.

Prior to my role at Climeworks AG, I worked as a corporate recruiter at Deloitte AG,  where I was responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for Audit & Assurance, Financial Advisory, Legal, Risk Advisory, and Consulting divisions. 
During my tenure, I successfully shortened the time to hire candidates by implementing a new internal approval process. 
Additionally, I gained valuable experience in operational HR within a Big4 environment, while also initiating and leading various projects.
