o Led a participant acquisition campaign attracting 2000 students from Europe’s leading universities to apply for the hackathon, recruiting 350 top-notch candidates to participate. Created marketing material, conducted calls and worked autonomously to promote event without capital expenditure (negotiating with student organizations, universities, professors, etc.) o Aided in managing relations with corporate partners (Microsoft, Accenture, the UN, among others) for their participation in and sponsoring of our annual entrepreneurial hackathon o Managed the participant experience during the event The Position is Full Time and Volunteer-based
