I built the business case of 4 new crops that will diversify the offer of the company, I coordinated the process of harvest and exportation of a new crop and made an investigation about the use artificial light to promote the flowering in order to increase the yield (kg/ha) of the plantation.

I developed tools and reports for the analysis of transversal problems to the company such us measure the linearity of sales, automatically value the marketing campaigns, simulate changes in logistics distribution channels, measure elasticity of prices, etc. Also, I supervised the implementation of the SAP S/4 HANA accounting module.

I made market research about the Peruvian innovation ecosystem to identify possible costumers to our attorney firm such us 6 companies that have I+D departments and have revenues that exceed 5 million dollars; and 3 public universities with I+D budgets of more than 500,000 dollars. I achieved to close a deal for a consultancy with one company.
