As a member of the executive board of CH Media TV National, I helped to define the digital strategy for the next couple of years. • Co-lead the entertainment department with 45 employees • Responsible for crisis management during the COVID-19 pandemic by planning short-time work and development of remote workflows • Doubled the production efficiency with the existing team by implementing Scrum, Asana, Wiki and Dropbox processes • Boosted overall Social Media performance 800% by building up a seven-member team around the most successful Swiss influencer Zeki Bulgurcu • Recruited and managed a powerful 21-person strong team that worked on casting, production coordination and digital content • Introduced marketing KPIs for 20 Social Media accounts, TV and radio campaigns and developed weekly Tableau reporting for each channel • Executed the production of the pilot season “The Voice of Switzerland” with prime-time market leadership over all episodes • Tripled market shares through coordination of 4+, 5+, 6+ broadcasting station launch
