SpotMe is a mobile engagement platform that serves more than 220 global brands, including 80 Fortune 500 companies. As project coordinator, I was responsible for supporting project managers in pre-production tasks, such as implementing content into the application using the CMS, maintaining project status and resources, and handling direct communications with clients. During the numerous international events, I had to travel on-site with the necessary IT equipment, Manage the communications with key stakeholders (clients, speakers, hostesses, AV crew, venue crew) and assist the participants on the use of the product. I had the opportunity to fully manage two projects as a project manager, resulting in complete satisfaction of both clients and managers.

As a guest relations trainee, I was responsible for making our client's stay a memorable one. My daily task was to contact each guest (email, phone) to determine the purpose of their visit and personalize it by writing them a welcome card or using other forms of personalization according to my creativity. Welcoming the guest upon arrival, verify that the rooms and amenities were ready was also one of my daily tasks. I was also responsible for collecting and recording in OPERA information about our customers' preferences to anticipate their future needs. I learned how to manage and resolve customer complaints as well as identify different types of customers according to their status/job and write the daily VIP report accordingly.

As a student ambassador, I represented the school on campus and at external events. On campus, I introduced the school to external guests such as potential students or companies. I assisted in the selection day process by interviewing the future candidate and accompanying a group of future students on their selection day journey. I took part in various events organised by EHL, such as open days or the career fair, to represent the school and answer questions from external parties.

The ARC bar was a bar concept focused on digital entertainment open to all and adapted to people with disabilities. We developed the concept during our last semester at the École Hôtelière de Lausanne After graduating, we decided with 4 friends to continue the adventure with a serial entrepreneur's support. During this adventure, we drew up the business plan and the business model. I was in charge of developing the concept's digital strategy (video games, virtual reality), finding partners and potential investors. However, due to the COVID situation, we decided to stop the project.
