Owning end to end technical operations on innovation / product life cycle portfolio management for P&G Health Europe, accountable for a team of >20 project managers. Responsible for the implementation of new tools and processes. Key achievements: • Restructured the supply chain organization after the Joint Venture dissolution with TEVA Pharmaceuticals. Designed and implemented new work processes in line with latest GMP and MDR requirements and Company’s direction • Integrated Merck Consumer Health into the business unit (acquisition in 2020). Engaged efforts across all technical functions (quality, regulatory, manufacturing, product supply, finance…) to develop an end-to-end culture and drive efficiencies • Defined and executed a strategy to implement new digital solutions across the organization (Aloha, Digital SKU Base Plan, Power BI solutions...)

Responsible for the roll out of product innovation for Pampers Tier 1 in Europe (1$B sales). Leading multi-functional teams to design, plan and execute innovation with excellence. Portfolio and supply chain management. Key achievements: • Led “Pure/Harmonie” portfolio launch in Europe marking the entry of P&G in the Naturals segment, incl. installation of eco responsible manufacturing capability [CEO award Recognition] • Led 1st hospitals innovation program in E-IMEA, incl. launch of world’s smallest diaper (strong PR coverage in the UK) and entry in new markets (Russia, Poland, Turkey, Saudi, Gulf, India…) • Led 1st super Premium innovation program in Europe with focus on the pharma channel (recognized as best-in-class commercial execution globally)

Responsible for Sales & Operations Planning for P&G Europe. Providing business intelligence and visibility on sales and shipments to senior leadership. Ownership of reporting and forecasting tools as well as training program for demand planners. Key achievements: • Developed new S&OP processes and tools in context of the integration of 4 new market clusters into Europe Headquarters [CEO award recognition] • Designed the first program to manage portfolio/SKU complexity across the region. Defined vision, targets, governance and monitoring solutions.

Co-created a translation agency and led its development through 5 fiscal years (including oversight of human resources and finances). Reached a stable 6 digits turnover with up to 5 employees. Enabled successful exit (business sold to a German group)
