As the primary Graphic designer at EF Academy, I executed design projects from conception to the development and realization of marketing and corporate communications materials and digital assets. I was resposible for coordinating the production side by communicating with subcontractors. I also managed a team of designers and coordinated contacts between the central team and offices from over 20 countries around the world.

I was responsible for layout design of the bimonthly publication as well as selecting and processing the graphic materials. I took part in text verifications and translations as well as commissioned illustrations. I assisted the managing editor and the editor in chief on a daily basis.

The job's core disciplines include managing & improving the Publicat and all its sub-brands across print and screen work. Design of sales tools, brochures, trade shows, invitations, social media assets, and other promotional materials.

As a founding partner, I handled multiple projects, tasks, brands, and responsibilities for our clients. I coordinated the hiring and collaboration of graphic designers and interns. I oversaw the processes of creation and production. I managed schedules, budgets, and personnel to ensure a smooth collaboration of the team.
