Responsible for all technical aspects of a mobility subscription provider. Main topics were integration into the IT world of the mother corporation, building of a dedicated product management organization, and implementation of processes for company-wide projects. Additionally, as part of the management team, I was involved in strategy definition and implementation.

Hand-held navigation devices for paraglider pilots. Took over from founders, several relaunches and reorganizations. At first responsible mainly for product management and sales, later also development and production. Now overseeing all activites, on a relatively small scale, as business is winding down.
