Achievements: In 2013 CangoRinaldi.fi online store´s whole year bounce rate was 4.98 % on new customers. Half of people in Finland has seen Cango & Rinaldi products on TV during London 2012 Olympics’ Studio, Sport News and on 2012 Independency Day reception at the President´s palace.

We gave over 1 M € worth B2B-loans making profitable business. With 80 K € start we gave over 1 M € loans to Finnish SMEs doing profitable business. I had overall P&L responsibility from the planning to the very end.

My responsibility was to manage and to develop the Sonera Shop-in-Shop concept as well as reach goals on new subscriptions, retention and customer loyalty with mobile phone and broadband subscriptions. I had overall P&L responsibility for the whole channel. I worked closely together with other sales channels to achieve set targets. Also I worked in close co-operation with company´s Offering and Product Management in developing One-Company approach and solutions. We introduced TeleFinland as SiS´s other brand while we continued to sell Sonera brand subscriptions as well. Achievements: We changed our channel´s sales process during first three months. We started systematically follow who had sold what with-in each customer profile group. Renewed, upgraded and increased our mobile device selection and doubled or tripled 3 of the most followed KPIs with-in 6 months. We were able to raise the total sales with almost a quarter compared the previous year although we closed almost half of our Shop in Shops during Q2. We dropped cost price of new subscription sales significantly and improved the efficiency very much. Channel was on pace to double the new subscription sales in 2013 vs. new subscription sales in 2011.

Buying small TVs (<32”), digital set-top boxes and projectors for Nordic market (Elkjøp and Lefdal Norway, Elgiganten Sweden and Denmark, Gigantti Finland, PC City internet-shop Sweden, Markantalo internet-shop Finland) and buying DVD-movies to Finnish market. When being responsible of a category the tasks included among other things purchasing the goods to our central warehouse and selling them to our chains in Nordics, following the stock turn, creating product codes to different systems, spreading information about products and the strategy with them in our Intranet, pricing the goods, planning and executing sales campaigns in Nordic countries, seeking deals and negotiating better prices and terms, controlling the sell-out –prices from our central warehouse, planning the range for each chain and different size stores. With DVD-movies my tasks included controlling the whole process including price negotiations, agreeing suppliers´ marketing contributions, planning and making sales campaigns, choosing the range for stores. Working languages were Norwegian, Swedish, English and Finnish. Achievements: I was part of team of three people who bought almost 1 million TVs to the Nordic market. At best in Finland we had over 40 % market share in January 2011.

I was responsible for Gigantti´s (18 own stores + 16 franchise stores) and Markantalo´s (23 stores) product insurance and credit category in Finland. Tasks included among other things following and improving finance and product insurance sales, training the sales people, planning and activating sales campaigns, co-operation with insurance and finance providers and negotiating yearly contracts with them, yearly budgeting process and then reaching and topping the targets during fiscal year. I was a trainer in every sales and product training held in Finland for sales people, department and store managers as well as to other supervisors. I also participated in many Nordic trainings held around Nordic countries. Achievements: I changed the culture of selling product insurance and finance in Finland. During my first year (05/2006 – 04/2007) I challenged the existing KPI and changed it in Finland. Rest of the Nordics followed as I was to teach my more experienced colleagues and superiors how we work. We beat the always growing budgets each year no-matter one year we closed down Markantalo. With 2 x two hour trainings we were able to quintuple Finland´s biggest mixed retail store´s computing insurance turnover SOB. In November 2009 same store had 5 year TV-insurance as Brown goods department’s most sold single product when measured in units.
