Contribute to the further development of the Laboratory Information System (LIS) by developing integration processes for laboratory equipment to ensure smooth data flow, operational efficiency and compliance with project milestones. Participation in 2nd level support and use of C#, C++, SQL and Delphi programming languages. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to collect requirements, define specifications and manage project schedules using agile methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Optimization of processes and integration of tools into existing IT infrastructures.

Responsible for the planning and implementation of process optimization projects with a focus on increasing efficiency and automation. Management of small and medium-sized projects to optimize company processes, taking IT and business requirements into account. Conducting research, data analysis and process documentation to identify potential for improvement. Management of sub-projects with interdisciplinary teams from IT, operations and management. Development and implementation of automation solutions to increase efficiency in the operational area. Close cooperation with internal stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and implement process adjustments.
