Hey there, I'm Luca. I am a data scientist, mathematician and software enthusiast.

I am currently working with a team of passionate software engineers at Quanthome, a data-driven startup in Lausanne, aiming at digitalising the Swiss real estate market. There, I got the opportunity to consolidate and expand my software stack while recruiting and supervising a team of junior data scientists, leading machine learning engineering projects, working on database architecture and data migration projects, as well as implementing workflow orchestration pipelines with CI-CD frameworks.

I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics from EPFL. My academic focus included statistical data analysis, topological data analysis, and statistical machine learning, equipping me with the analytical skills necessary for tackling complex data challenges. In parallel to my studies, I worked for the Laboratory of Topology and Neuroscience at EPFL on data science projects.
