Led global ISO 14001 EMS program across 20+ global sites (LATAM & EMEA Lead). Analyzed environmental data and advised sites on aspects assessments, target setting, and compliance, in line with SAP’s Global Environmental Policy. Trained site managers, drove corrective action closure, and reporting certification readiness to senior leadership. Owned 8+ ESG ratings and rankings, built a cross functional data-gap tracker, and advised executive stakeholders on targeted performance improvement (including setting a global water strategy). Drove SAP's shortlisting for a Reuters Sustainability Award. Drove the end-to-end launch of an AI-powered sustainability assistant, from business case to cross-functional stakeholder alignment through deployment. Hosted workshops, presentations, and enabled account teams to respond to sustainability questionnaires faster. Represented SAP internally through strategy presentations and externally at roundtables, universities, and industry events. Managed and mentored a student team of three on sustainability disclosure work, coaching them on effective stakeholder collaboration.

Co-led SAP’s carbon credit strategy aligned with Net-Zero 2030, defining evaluation criteria, conducting due diligence, and partnering with procurement to select high-integrity projects. Co-led SAP’s funding round, mobilizing employee innovation, building the evaluation methodology, scoring initiatives, and allocating raised capital to sustainability projects. Secured SBTi validation of SAP's Net-Zero 2030 targets, coordinating cross-functional input. Corporate Sustainability Working Student (April 2023 – January 2024). Assisted in realizing the Global EMS, researched and improved SAP’s UNSDG web book, briefed and assisted the CSO for an on-set shooting of a Climate Action course.
