Start-up operational Manager and Thinker
I worked for 30 years in industrial SMEs, where I specialized in the management of operational teams. I focused my career on optimizing the various functions associated with these tasks, as well as on improvement projects linked to the supply chain, organization and transformation. Pragmatic and committed by nature, having successfully piloted two major projects for growth companies, I'm now looking for a new role where I can continue to pass on my knowledge in these fields and, as an operational and strategic thinker and pilot, support the sustainability and innovation of young start-ups.
