I am an excellent communicator and administrative with several years of work experience in international environments matured in four different countries (Ireland, Holland, Switzerland and Germany) in different areas which are not limited to Customer service but include also Collection, Sales and Finance, with the ability to deliver excellent and positive service and support with good organization and tasks’ management. I am skilled in orders management, rental contrants, inquiries and complaints management and experienced with system such as SAP, Salesforce, JDE and Cobra. During my career I have dealt with different parts such as customers, business partners, third parties ecc. My former supervisors looked at me as a proactive and flexible person capable to work under pressure, with a high level of organizational awareness and customer focus, with the intent to create strong relationships in my work environment in order to achieve the highest service level and best target. After un period in Germany, I came back to Switzerland with the intent to relocate for good and develop my career. Meanwhile I am supporting in smartworking my friend's company, managing orders, payment and other administrative tasks and I am trying to improve my german and french skills.
