Enabled RECS3 trace logs to unblock the partner team in doing analysis. Software Engineer, FileHive Google October 2023 - July 2025, Hyderabad Designed and developed the script and executable detection system for a distributed file system containing billions of files using an AI model. Integrated a system which enables experimentation or gradual rollout of new features. Integrated one of our distributed file systems into an automation framework which allows users to automatically distribute latest versions of build images with single and one-time configuration. Designed and developed a pull request pre merge checks service for automation framework to validate configuration in manifests prior to submission. Collaborated with different teams for coming up with and building solutions for different problems. Software Engineer, ChromeOS EC Firmware Google April 2022 - October 2023, Bengaluru Collaborated with a global team of Software Engineers, Hardware Engineers, System Integration Engineers and Partners to bring-up Intel MeteorLake processor based Chromebooks, specifically the Embedded Controller firmware. Designed and developed the drivers and tools for storing, accessing and maintaining the Cross Board Information on the EC chip in-place of EEPROM. This saves around 10 cents per Chromebook. Provided support for migration of Cross Board Information from EEPROM to EC for Chromebooks using Nuvoton chips as EC. Developed and improved some scripts and APIs of USB-C and Battery subsystems of Zephyr RTOS. Improved and contributed to unit test coverage and functional automation tests. Collected requirements from clients, evaluated, designed, developed, tested and deployed a highly scalable and available Tier-1 batch API. Evaluated, designed and developed an in-memory cache within the service to overcome the scaling limitation caused by tech debt of dependency service. Designed, developed and tested a couple of APIs and UI in a web application to display information from dynamic config configured at remote location. Evaluated, designed, developed, tested and deployed the AWS infrastructure, Pipeline(CI/CD) for a highly scalable and available service (Infrastructure as a Code). Was a mentor for a two month intern on a full stack project. Added authentication to the service, on-boarded service with domain name and made its endpoints HTTPS from HTTP. Launched the web service in a new region. Created throttling setup, metrics, alarms and dashboards through code. Was responsible for peak readiness, scaling and descaling of two backend services. Resolved around 40+ requests of migration to our service and contributed in broadening the guidelines of onboarding, to cover more countries.
