As a "Head of hot potatoes" I was the right hand woman of the companies CEOs/COOs for nearly 15 years. Now I'm ready getting the hot potatoes out of the fire for my/our own story.
 
With a broad experience in business administration, strategy, business analysis, business development, (agile) project management, service excellence, (software / digital) product management, HR/leadership, customer experience, supply chain, sales & marketing and finance I'm more than ready to take the next step. As my fiancés sparring partner who started his own successful and super-innovative tech-startup 8 years ago, I could learn a lot in building up an own startup company. 

I’m a self-motivated, dedicated and always ready to lead, achieve and learn. A strategic thinker who approaches challenges with tenacity and enthusiasm and the focus on the big picture. Enjoying the challenge of turning a “blank sheet of paper” into solutions as well as optimizing existing structure to get the best out of it. I am confident in defining and implementing business strategies; creating and achieving a viable vision which is in-line with shareholder values. I’m passionate about digital solutions and processes to improve customer experience. I believe that in a collaborative style with other experts, combined with a temporary 'advocatus diaboli', extraordinary products can be built.
