Master Thesis: • Contributed to the automation of cleaning processes by conducting an initial design study (CAD modeling) and financial analysis (business case) to improve quality, traceability, and operational performance. Experience: • Contribution to the preparation of future CQV activities through the analysis of technical requirements, a risk assessment, the consideration of traceability needs, supplier discussions, and the definition of an implementation roadmap • Supported the deployment of a continuous improvement system in the washing area by defining operational routines, conducting Gemba walks, applying 5S principles, supporting Daily Direction Setting, and reorganizing the zone to improve workflow and operational efficiency • Developed digital performance management tools, including Power BI dashboards, Fabriq dashboards, and a web application using Bubble, enabling KPI tracking, optimized washing activity planning, and reduction of human errors • Designed multiple 3D parts in SolidWorks tailored to operators’ needs, then prepared and printed the components using PrusaSlicer to improve ergonomics and support field operations

• Developed a tool to analyze filter losses and implemented a targeted action plan to reduce controllable losses across filter making lines • Created a comprehensive loss map of the factory for tobacco waste by leveraging SAP data, crossdepartmental input, historical analyses and software data • Consolidated and visualized tobacco loss map data in an interactive PowerBI dashboard to support datadriven decision-making • Developed a prioritization plan using the SQDCM framework and led the implementation of continuous improvement actions in collaboration with the team
