I am currently working as a management consultant for Implement Consulting Group helping clients in the areas of lean, kaizen, performance management, process optimization, innovation, and agile product development. I became a consultant because I like working collaboratively and as effectively as possible. When working on a topic or project, I am someone who likes to try things and takes an entrepreneurial approach. In addition, I enjoy learning and developing myself, hence I love to pick up a book or browse through an article – there are so many exciting perspectives out there!
