For Guess Man Athleisure line and Guess Man Jeans (sweatshirts) line: - New Trend research (trade fairs and store check) - Create Wish list Products for the suppliers (styles, trims and fabrics ideas) - Create digital Moodboard and Color Card - Select new fabrics (in collaboration with Fabric Manager) and develop new trims like labels, zippers, eyelets, drawstrings... - Artwork and allover creation for the collection and new print techniques research - Sketch the styles based on the briefing from the merchant team - Prepare digital collection’s boards for the presentation for the Sketch Review meeting - Present the Collection during the Sketch Hand Off - Tech packs creation with all the technical information for the development of the styles - Development of unique artwork and tech packs like allover print, serigraphic prints, embroideries, patchworks. - Work with PD and Model Maker team to provide notes for samples during the fitting session - Prepare all the material for Proto Meeting like set the room, new trims, mood boards and colour card - Exchange technical sheet after all changes after the Proto meeting like colours, shapes, details... - Prepare all the collection information for the Press team - Approval of print strike-off, new trims development and fabric Lab Dip - Work with the Visual team to give direction for the Props for the lookbook set - Prepare key-looks for lookbook’s shooting, Collection Presentation and Line Review - Work with the merchant team for the preparation of the sales book (handoff of sketches, mood boards, CC..) - Participate in the fashion show, exhibition and presentation of the collection - Coordination of the design sample-set movements during the collection presentation - Review of the Sample set to give comments/notes to the PD team

Creation of sketches, after the identification of new trends and the creation of mood- boards, based on the seasonal briefing for Activewear, Beachwear, Underwear Man department. Tech pack creation for the Product Development team respecting the given schedules and deadlines. Fitting review with the Pattern Maker collaboration.

Development of unique artworks and tech packs like allover prints, serigraphic prints, embroideries, patchworks etc. for Underwear, Beachwear, Loungewear, Activewear products. Creation of packaging and sales book for all the categories mentioned. Support the team in the identification of trends and moods for the incoming season.

Shirts & neckwear business unit. Key responsibilities: - Support the virtualization team in the development phase. - Develop and elaborate 3D models and trimmings. - Prepare the digital files(fabrics and trimmings) for virtual process. - Attend the virtual meetings. - Administrative tasks and general support.
