Evana Technologies develops application-specific, as well as ready-for-use optical engine modules for cutting or scribing semiconductor plates. My role in the company was to research, debug, and fix the wafer-breaker CNC machine. I have researched various areas related to industrial electronics, studied programmable logic controller (PLC) systems, conducted comprehensive hardware & software debugging, and practiced ladder programming. I have also gained insight into semiconductors, wafer scribing and breaker, and laser technologies as well as their applications.

Part-time work at Serve Legal involves conducting visits at various firms, observing if the services are meeting a required standard, whether firms check for ID, and reporting back to both the manager and the customer who ordered the visit. I have carried out over 100 visits as a mystery shopper; I have developed the skills of time-management and organisation, and wrote customer-focused reports about different sites.

The responsibilities included cleaning, food preparation, serving customers, restocking supplies, and other similar tasks when needed. Since the restaurant is located at the airport, I have learned to adapt to a very high paced environment, I greatly improved my customer experience and team-work skills, which were essential for successful day-to-day operation.
