About
Haardworking and giving 100% to the job are the keys to be successful. My second master's degree in Food, Nutrition & Health will be awarded soon from Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). I have already completed a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in the field of Food Science and Technology at Azad University, Iran. Studying for a second master's degree enabled me to update my knowledge and develop my skills in the field of food science and nutrition. My career started as a laboratory technician intern in a spaghetti company. I continued my career as a laboratory assistant and quality manager within a bakery (producer of bread, krosan, doughnuts and cakes) called Golden Wheat Permis. Having a passion for the food industry has led me to develop myself as a food scientist and join a chocolate company. I gained a complete understanding of food science and production by working in the production and doing laboratory duties. The knowledge of different food processing techniques inspired me to do a second master's in Switzerland and keep on top of my field. In my last research experiences I was part of projects under topic of production of plant based milk chocolate and effect of germination of functional propertise of seeds.
