Worked on various projects in the field of packaging design, product design and connected products with a focus on ideation, concept development, model-making and 3D CAD.

At the PwC Experience Center, my role was mainly to consult clients on developing new digital business models using design thinking principles and lean start-up methodology. I have done projects mostly in the healthcare sector, public sector, private businesses and PwC internal innovation programs. My work consisted of leading design thinking workshops, testing propositions in the market and being a product owner for new innovations.

I lead the Experience Studio within Avaloq. The Experience Studio is an immersive experience provided to Avaloq clients (banks) to co-create innovative, user-centered solutions. We leverage design thinking methods and tools to guide clients through their thought-process and together define the future of their core services for private banking clients in wealth management.
