Director of Intelligence from November 2009 to July 2011, overseeing the intelligence capability for a Private Security Com- pany (PSC), supporting the largest Iraq reconstruction security contract. Prior to this was the Regional Intelligence Officer for Northern Iraq, commander of an operational headquarters, Senior Intelligence Analyst and Deputy Director of Intelligence. • Management of a networked international team of 40 professional analysts in support of the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the PSC community, providing daily and weekly written intelligence summaries, threat briefings and bespoke products on the security, socioeconomic and geopolitical situation • Daily liaison with military and government agencies, to promote and encourage the passage of intelligence between organisations and provision of advice on effect-based reconstruction operations
