At Isograd, I took care higher education institutions in three markets: western France, Spain, and Switzerland. In these markets, my daily responsibilities included: - Prospecting and follow-up - Managing a portfolio of 50 clients for a total of €110,000 in 2022, representing a 70% increase over four years - making proposals and negotiating contract terms as needed - training teachers (or other supervisors) to use our testing platform - monitoring the use of our platform by institutions: analyzing usage, providing after-sales support, and optimizing engagement with the services deployed - Contributing to the promotion of our social networks, via a dozen customer testimonials and the creation of a series of 6 webinars in 2022

At Active, I was in charge of : • Advising project leaders and project teams: business model, market research, provisional budget, fundraising, coaching to develop project leaders' autonomy, their ability to take a step back and improve their skills → 20 projects supported in 2024 - 50 project leaders interviewed • Support for two local authorities: on a regional food project (assessment) - data collection from over 100 stakeholders in Burgundy; and on a third-place project (set up with the town hall, the community of municipalities, 15 producers, and 10 local associations) • Monitoring calls for projects
